Vanguard has a reputation for excellence that is unparallelled for an Operator. There is no Operator more prolific among the rich than Vanguard.

Vanguard Operators are marketed as highly skilled, elite "war-fighters" who are trained to be innovative and creative in every situation. The reality is that individual Vanguard Operators use older, cheaper equipment and are generally less experienced than the competition. The Operator can field more manpower and resources than most competing Operators, however, and this is their primary advantage.

They pass the additional cost on through their contracts which are known to come with astronomical price tags.
